Preparation of drawings, assembly details, and material takeoffs **Job Opening:** CAD Technician (Electrical, Mechanical & Specialties) We are looking for a technically skilled CAD Technician to join our engineering office. We seek a versatile professional with 3 years of experience who is proficient in everything from electrical power systems to electronic security systems. **Profile Requirements:** 1\. General Experience: Minimum 3 years preparing multidisciplinary technical documentation. 2\. Electrical Specialty: Experience designing Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) drawings. 3\. Systems and Low-Current Systems (Mandatory): Specific experience in drafting and designing: 4\. Fire Detection and Alarm Systems. 5\. CCTV Systems. 6\. Access Control Systems. 7\. Data networks and low-current systems in general. **Civil and Mechanical Knowledge:** 1\. Mechanical: Support structure drawings and assembly details. 2\. Civil: Underground conduit drawings, tray/piping penetrations. 3\. Software: Expert-level AutoCAD proficiency; Revit / BIM knowledge is a plus. **Primary Responsibilities:** 1\. Prepare device layout drawings, block diagrams, and interconnection schedules. 2\. Develop assembly details (mechanical and civil) for installing electrical and security equipment. 3\. Perform material takeoffs (device counts, cable lengths, and pipe lengths) directly from drawings. 4\. Ensure compatibility between electrical tray routing and low-current systems. **Desired Competencies:** 1\. Orderliness and precision in layer (layer) management and drawing standards. 2\. Ability to interpret electronic security logic diagrams. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
