Job Summary: We are seeking a Category Manager to execute category strategies, develop purchasing plans, manage inventory, ensure margins, and coordinate with design and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic category execution across all sales channels. 2. OTB and purchasing plan development. 3. Inventory management and margin assurance. At Crepier, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of: **Category Manager** What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office — intermediate to advanced level. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Fashion Brand Management (preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, in Commercial or Planning areas (preferred). What will you be doing? * Execute category strategy aligned with brand objectives across all sales channels. * Develop OTB and purchasing plans together with the Planning team to ensure objective achievement. * Plan collections jointly with the Design team. * Manage seasonal category inventory to ensure correct sell-through as defined by targets. * Ensure seasonal and channel-specific category margin targets by coordinating with Design and Planning teams. * Ensure proper category presentation across all sales channels. * Define category positioning and seasonal strategy together with the Brand team. * Collaborate with Marketing to design seasonal communication strategies. * Ensure communication is aligned with category strategy. * Validate that e-commerce content aligns with the category proposition.
