Job Summary: Distribution driver responsible for operating vehicles, ensuring optimal deliveries, maintaining the cold chain, and coordinating with the Distribution Assistant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle operation and distribution vehicle safety 2. Route management and timely deliveries 3. Cold chain control and food handling The Distribution Driver is responsible for operating the distribution vehicle, ensuring orders are transported under optimal conditions to their final destination. The driver safeguards vehicle safety, adherence to delivery routes, and preservation of the cold chain for transported products. Additionally, the driver coordinates directly with the Distribution Assistant, who assists in cargo loading/unloading, documentation, and delivery reporting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the distribution vehicle in compliance with traffic regulations and safety standards. * Execute assigned routes while ensuring timely deliveries. * Optimize transit times and support route planning. * Verify the vehicle's condition and documentation daily. * Coordinate preventive maintenance and fuel supply. * Monitor the cold chain (temperature and refrigeration system). * Comply with food safety and handling protocols. * Report incidents, delays, or mechanical failures. * Coordinate with the logistics team for proper route execution. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary education. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as a distribution driver or in freight transportation. * License: Valid and appropriate for the vehicle type. * Certifications: Health certificate, GMP, or food handling certification.
