Opportunity for growth into senior architecture roles **Description:** ---------------- Position: Cloud Solution Architect Middle Position Objective We are looking for a mid-level Cloud Solution Architect with hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The candidate will actively participate in defining cloud architectures, collaborate with development teams, and contribute to delivering solutions aligned with industry best practices, under the supervision and mentorship of the senior architecture team. **Requirements:** --------------- **Academic Background** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related technical fields. Desirable: Specialized courses, diplomas, or complementary studies in Cloud Computing, Software Architecture, or DevOps. **Certifications** Mandatory (at least one): AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. Desirable: AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, complementary certifications in Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104) or GCP (Cloud Engineer), and certifications in containerization (Docker) or agile methodologies (Scrum). **Required Technical Knowledge** AWS Cloud Computing: Compute (EC2, Lambda, Auto Scaling), Storage (S3, EBS), Networking (VPC, Security Groups, Route 53, CloudFront), Security (IAM, KMS), Monitoring (CloudWatch), Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation; Terraform is desirable), and cloud databases (RDS; DynamoDB is desirable). Other Cloud Platforms: Basic or functional knowledge of Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform, and ability to understand and compare equivalent services across cloud providers. Software Development: Programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, C# or TypeScript), frameworks (Spring Boot, Express, Django, .NET Core or similar), design and consumption of RESTful APIs, and version control (Git). Databases: Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server), intermediate-level SQL queries, and desirable: familiarity with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB). Containers and DevOps: Docker (container creation and management), familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or CodePipeline), and desirable: basic knowledge of Kubernetes. Operating Systems: Functional knowledge of Linux (basic commands, service management) and desirable: Windows Server. **Required Experience** 2–3 years of professional experience in information technology, software development, or infrastructure administration. Proven experience in at least two projects involving AWS services (implementation, migration, or administration). Participation in development or infrastructure teams interacting with cloud services. Practical experience with at least one programming language and one development framework. Desirable: Participation in cloud migration or application modernization projects. Desirable: Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). **Key Responsibilities** Participate in AWS cloud architecture design under guidance from the senior team. Implement and configure AWS services according to project requirements. Collaborate in defining cloud migration and modernization strategies. Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions. Apply best practices for security, availability, and cost-efficiency in the cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, security). Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution in cloud environments. Participate in continuous improvement and AWS resource optimization initiatives.
