Job Summary: CLOUDTEC PERÚ is seeking a Commercial Advisor for its sales department, responsible for customer support, technical consulting, and quotation management for pumping systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical consulting and customer support for pumping system sales. 2. Collaboration with technical and logistics departments to deliver integrated solutions. 3. Development and maintenance of the customer portfolio. CLOUDTEC PERÚ, an importer of water pumps and automation systems, is seeking a **Commercial Advisor** for our Sales Department. * Graduated or bachelor's degree in Technical or Engineering fields: Sanitary Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics * Prior experience in technical sales of hydraulic installations is desirable (but not mandatory) * Knowledge of water pumping systems * Strong verbal and written communication skills **Responsibilities:** * Customer support and consulting via office visits, phone, and/or email. * Identification of customer needs and proposal of technical solutions. * Preparation and follow-up of quotations. * Coordination with technical and logistics departments. * Updating the customer portfolio. * Support for commercial and administrative activities within the sales department. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration * Positive work environment * Working hours: Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays 9 AM–1 PM * Work location: Los Olivos, one block from Panamericana Avenue, near Universidad del Metropolitano metro station.
