Job Summary: We are seeking proactive Commercial Advisors with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to serve as the key liaison with our drivers, providing support and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Being the bridge between drivers and system operations 2. Providing agile and effective support to drivers 3. A dynamic work environment with real growth opportunities We are a rapidly growing ride-hailing company and are looking to hire (04\) proactive Commercial Advisors with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to serve as the key liaison with our drivers. What will you do? * Serve as the bridge between drivers and system operations. * Provide agile and effective support for any issues related to the Yango app or other inquiries. * Respond to driver calls and messages, delivering prompt solutions. * Deliver brief training sessions to drivers on customer service, safety, and efficient use of the app. * Coordinate field activities with promoters, affiliates, etc. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Clear, empathetic communication and a service-oriented attitude. * Proficiency in using mobile applications. * Quick and effective problem-solving skills. * Experience in customer service or call center support (preferred).
