Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Engineering Assistant to provide technical support to the commercial department, participating in the design, drafting, and development of metallic solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Design, drafting, and development of metallic solutions for telecommunications. 2. Preparation of structural steel drawings using advanced AutoCAD. 3. Coordination between commercial and production departments to assess design feasibility. **Metallic Structure Design and Technical Support \| Lima \| On-site** O\&M SITEL is a company dedicated to the **manufacturing of metallic structures and components for telecommunications projects**, and we are currently seeking a **Commercial Engineering Assistant** to provide technical support to the Commercial Department, participating in the **design, drafting, and development of metallic solutions**. We seek a candidate who can interpret customer requirements, develop drawings in AutoCAD, and coordinate with Commercial and Production departments to ensure solutions are **technically feasible and manufacturable**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Prepare and modify **structural steel drawings in AutoCAD**. · Support the design of **antenna mounts, RRU supports, cabinets, masts, arms, clamps, bases, ladders, and other telecommunications structures**. · Interpret customer technical requirements and convert them into drawings and solutions. · Prepare drawings, details, and material lists for quotation and manufacturing. · Coordinate with Commercial and Production departments to validate design feasibility. · Address and follow up on customer technical inquiries and observations. **REQUIREMENTS** · Technical or university studies in **Production Mechanics, Structural Steel Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, Technical Drawing, or related fields**. · Proven experience in **structural steel design** will also be considered. · Experience in drafting or designing structural steel components. · **Advanced AutoCAD – mandatory.** · Knowledge of **steel profiles, tubes, angles, channels, plates, and sheets**. · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. · Familiarity with **Civil 3D, Excel, and Word** is desirable. · Basic knowledge of metallic structure fabrication and welding is desirable. **WE SEEK** An **organized, analytical, communicative, proactive, and eager-to-learn** individual capable of communicating effectively with customers and collaborating closely with Commercial, Production, and Logistics departments.
