Job Summary: We are seeking an audiovisual content creator for social media to represent the PANCA brand, developing attractive and educational content for restaurants. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in marketing strategy and product launches. **Who Are We?** PANCA is a Peruvian startup that develops a management system for restaurants (including rotisseries and small-to-medium-sized restaurants). We help owners control sales, inventory, and prevent losses due to theft or disorganization. **Objective:** Create, film, and edit audiovisual content for social media, serving as the brand’s public face and conveying PANCA’s values, benefits, and value proposition through attractive, educational, and commercial content. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, film, and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. * Appear on camera representing the brand. * Create educational, demonstrative, promotional, and trend-based videos. * Propose creative ideas aligned with the marketing strategy. * Participate in filming sessions, campaigns, and product launches. * Adapt digital trends to the restaurant and business sectors. * Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute the content calendar. **Requirements** * Graduate or current student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. * Experience creating social media content. * Knowledge of video recording and editing. * Proficiency with digital content editing tools. * Understanding of social media trends and content marketing. * Excellent on-camera presence. **Competencies** * Creativity and innovation. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Organization and adherence to deadlines. * Ability to build audience connection. **Desired Profile** * Interest in the restaurant industry. * Professional appearance aligned with brand positioning. * Ability to naturally and persuasively communicate product benefits. * Capacity to convey trust and authenticity. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. \- 1:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
