Leadership and effective communication **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the company's logistics operations, ensuring proper material supply, warehouse control, product dispatch and distribution, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity and adherence to established timelines. **General Responsibilities** * Coordinate procurement and supply processes. * Supervise warehouse and inventory control. * Coordinate product dispatch and distribution. * Track purchase orders and deliveries. * Monitor goods inflow and outflow. * Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers. * Prepare logistics reports and performance indicators. * Optimize operational time and costs. * Verify compliance with procedures and safety standards. * Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, procurement, and distribution. * Proficiency in Excel and control systems. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Effective communication and leadership skills. Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
