We are currently seeking **01 Data Analyst** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Administration with analytical focus, or related fields. * Knowledge of design, administration, and maintenance of operational databases; creation of dashboards and managerial reports in Power BI; definition, calculation, and monitoring of operational and financial KPIs. * Knowledge of deviation analysis, trend analysis, and performance gap analysis. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position. * Availability to work in Callao or Villa María del Triunfo. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design, structure, and maintain consolidated databases for cleaning, food service, laundry, and other services. * Integrate information from operational matrices, service controls, supplier reports, and internal records. * Validate data quality, consistency, and traceability. * Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and other tools for operational and managerial monitoring. * Automate periodic performance reports for the department. * Analyze trends, deviations, and gaps against service objectives; define, calculate, and monitor operational and financial KPIs, such as: * Compliance with frequencies and service levels. * Operational costs and budget variances. * Service productivity and efficiency. * Contractual compliance level. * Incidents, rework, and non-conformities. * Propose improvements in indicator definition and usage. * Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma). * Support supervision, control, and evaluation processes of suppliers. * Provide technical support to the Head of SSGG in decision-making. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * All statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Discounts with educational institutions, supplier visits, and more. * Work for an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International (one of the world’s most prestigious healthcare accreditations). *Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.* Therefore, we invite you to apply!
