Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our multidisciplinary team, developing and supporting data engineering projects in an agile environment. Key Highlights: 1. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Participate in project refinement. * Participate in project onboarding. * Develop projects. * Provide post-production support for deployed developments, incidents, and enhancements. * Share knowledge acquired during project development. * Apply guidelines defined by the Digital Factory. * Adhere to the agile framework in project development. * Advise and provide technical support to the team. * Manage the work team. * Continuously train teams. * Assume factory roles. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Three years of experience in roles related to data engineering. * Experience performing ETL processes. * Knowledge of big data and GitHub. * Experience programming in Python and Java. * Experience implementing automations. * Daily use of AI tools. * Knowledge of project management. * Soft skills: leadership, teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, effective communication. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
