We are currently seeking a **DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT** **Requirements**: \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. \- Experience in flexible packaging. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **Knowledge:** \- Basic Office software. \- Knowledge of the packaging industry. \- Knowledge of packaging structures. \- Teamwork. **Competencies:** \- Problem-solving. \- Teamwork/collaboration. Tolerance to stress **General Responsibilities:** \- Review and approve work orders generated from Commercial Department’s purchase requisitions. \- Review packaging structures: composition, printing type, product type, total grammage. \- Manage the bill of materials (BOM) required for product manufacturing. \- Issue mechanical drawings for products without design specifications. \- Create STDs via the ARES system in the ENGINEERING module to record technical components of the packaging. \- **Benefits:** 1\.
