Analyze key KPIs to optimize performance and growth **DIGITAL MARKETING \_ ATE** We are looking for a **Digital Marketing** professional who will lead the multi-brand strategy, oriented toward **action, initiative, creativity**, and strong drive to make things happen. **Must live near ATE or its surrounding areas**. **\*Job Description: \*** * Develop the **marketing plan and strategies**. * Create a **social media content calendar**. * Design **monthly campaigns and write creative copy** aligned with brand identity. * Create content and advertising guidelines for **Meta Ads and TikTok Ads**. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities. * **Analyze key KPIs (sales, conversion, ROI)** to evaluate and optimize performance. * Direct coordination with the Commercial Manager. * Manage and review graphic and audiovisual assets before publishing them on social media. **\*Requirements: \*** * Degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience in digital marketing (1–2 years). * Basic design knowledge (Canva and CapCut). * **Proven experience in designing and executing sales- and engagement-oriented campaigns**. * Strong writing skills and creative judgment. **Conditions:** * **Work modality:** In-person, full-time. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * **Location:** ***ATE***, 4 blocks from Real Plaza Puruchuco; **must live near ATE or its surrounding areas**.
