Graduate in Education or final-year student with specialized academic training in primary education. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience. Proficiency in digital tools. Availability to work in-person in the district of San Miguel. Main Responsibilities: * Develop the annual curriculum, learning units, and lesson plans aligned with students' needs and the institution's pedagogical approach. * Prepare instructional materials for lessons, considering students' characteristics. * Foster a positive classroom climate. * Provide sustained support to students, promoting their holistic development. * Provide feedback to both parents and students regarding academic progress. * Maintain continuous communication with parents.
