Learn about the E-commerce Data Analyst position. * Monitor and analyze user behavior throughout the B2B sales funnel (from visit to qualified lead). * Identify friction points, drop-off rates, and navigation improvement opportunities to propose optimization hypotheses to the CRO team. * Design measurement methodologies for A/B and multivariate tests. * Analyze experiment results to determine statistical significance and real impact on business KPIs, avoiding false positives. * Ensure correct implementation of tags and events in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. * Develop and maintain automated control dashboards (Dashboards) in Looker Studio and Power BI to enable real-time visibility into channel performance. What we need from you: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data * Prior experience in roles such as Digital Analyst, Web Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or CRO Analyst. * Experience in Telecommunications, Banking, Retail, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing Agencies/Data Consulting firms. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Data Science * Intermediate-to-advanced SQL proficiency * Intermediate Python proficiency * Advanced Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and GTM proficiency * Advanced Power BI proficiency * Advanced Looker Studio proficiency * Advanced Excel proficiency **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
