What will be your mission? Manage and execute daily e-commerce operations, ensuring proper order preparation, packaging, dispatch, and tracking, while maintaining effective communication with customers, logistics operators, and internal departments to guarantee timely deliveries and an excellent service experience. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Order Management \- Prepare, verify, and package orders according to established standards. \- Validate accuracy of products, quantities, and conditions prior to dispatch. \- Issue shipping guides and corresponding documentation for shipments. Logistics Coordination \- Coordinate pickup and delivery of orders with logistics operators. \- Continuously track shipments and confirm adherence to delivery timelines. \- Manage incidents related to delays, returns, exchanges, or observed deliveries. Customer Service \- Provide customer service and support via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. \- Resolve inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns. \- Handle complaints promptly, ensuring courteous and solution-oriented assistance. Operational Management and Control \- Maintain up-to-date order and delivery information in the system. \- Support receiving goods and inventory control activities. \- Contribute to warehouse organization and proper product storage. \- Participate in cyclical and general inventories as required. Requirements \- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or e-commerce. \- Knowledge of picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control processes. \- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel. \- Experience providing customer service via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. \- Ability to coordinate with logistics operators and various company departments. \- Preferred experience with e-commerce platforms and online order management.
