Job Summary: We are seeking an expert Industrial Electronics or Electrician Technician skilled in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of hardware, agricultural, and industrial machinery, with direct customer interaction. Technical support to customers for inquiries and assistance. **We Are Seeking an Industrial Electronics or Electrician Technician** We are an importer of hardware, agricultural, and industrial machinery and equipment, seeking an **Electronics or Electrician Technician** specialized in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Your mission is to address malfunctions in certain equipment and communicate with end customers via video call to handle their technical inquiries. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * **Diagnosis and Repair:** Identify and resolve component-level faults (electronic boards, power modules) in industrial electronic equipment and related devices. * **System Maintenance:** Service integrated electrical/electronic systems in industrial, agricultural, and similar machinery. * **Commercial Management:** Address end customers’ technical inquiries via video call, prior to the sale closure facilitated by the sales advisor. * **Safety:** Perform all tasks strictly adhering to electrical and industrial safety protocols (use of PPEs, lockout/tagout procedures). **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Electronics, Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in repairing industrial machinery and diagnosing faults. * **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, teamwork, and capability to respond to technical questions raised by customers. **Work Conditions and Benefits** * **Work Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL) \- 100% on-site work. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Salary: Starting at S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
