Job Summary: JIMEX IMPORT is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee warehouse management, coordinate inventory and shipments, and maintain product organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages warehouses and coordinates inventory 2. Coordinates shipments and transportation routes 3. Prepares and updates product catalogs JIMEX IMPORT requires a Logistics Coordinator: Responsibilities: * Supervise proper warehouse operations. * Coordinate with the warehouse to maintain minimum stock levels for high-turnover or high-consumption products, and submit monthly inventory reports to Management. * Coordinate merchandise shipments and schedule transportation vehicle routes based on priority, customer location, and delivery time windows. * Verify that all required documentation for transportation vehicles is complete and valid before departure. * Prepare and update product catalogs to improve product identification and organization. * Enter incoming goods and inter-warehouse transfers into the system. * Update pricing information. * Preference for candidates residing in the districts of La Victoria, Lince, Cercado, or nearby areas. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We are a micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise (MYPE).
