Opportunity for professional development within a stable company The Road Conservation Specialist will be responsible for managing, supervising, and controlling routine and periodic maintenance activities on assigned road sub-sections, guaranteeing compliance with service levels established in the Concession Agreement. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (registered and licensed). * Diploma in infrastructure road works management and supervision (desirable). * Diploma in Costs, Quantities, and/or Valuations. * Knowledge of local and international technical regulations related to infrastructure and road conservation. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions within road concessions and/or road infrastructure projects. **Main Responsibilities** \- Plan and supervise routine, periodic maintenance, and construction works on the sub-section, monitoring efficient use of work crews, machinery, and materials. \- Identify and manage requirements for materials, machinery, and personnel for the conservation program. \- Manage Insufficient Condition Parameters (PCI) and prepare contractual deliverables (monthly and quarterly reports) for submission to OSITRAN and the Concessionaire. \- Participate in and coordinate internal and external (OSITRAN) service level measurements for the sub-section, verifying compliance with all parameters and ensuring adherence to service levels stipulated in the Concession Agreement. \- Prepare sub-section progress reports for submission to the Infrastructure Management Department. **What We Offer?** \- Employment with a stable company. \- Opportunity for professional development. \- Pleasant working environment. \- Formal payroll enrollment from day one.
