Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant for a meat and grill restaurant who is proactive, organized, and passionate about cooking, to support food preparation and kitchen area maintenance. Key Responsibilities** * **Mise en Place:** Washing, chopping, and pre-preparation of vegetables, side dishes, and sauces according to restaurant recipes. * **Service Support:** Assisting the grill chef in preparing side dishes (salads, french fries, grilled vegetables, etc.). * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintaining a consistently clean and disinfected workstation. Washing utensils and assisting with deep kitchen cleaning at closing. * **Receiving Supplies:** Supporting inventory storage while ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO system). * **Compliance with Standards:** Strictly applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety. **II. Profile and Requirements** * **Education:** Technical studies in Gastronomy (completed or in progress) or proven practical experience. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles, preferably in high-volume restaurants or those specializing in meats. * **Technical Skills:** * Basic knife-handling and cutting skills (brunoise, julienne, etc.). * Knowledge of basic cooking and frying techniques. * **Attitude:** * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Proactive individual with excellent willingness to learn. * Commitment to punctuality and personal hygiene. * **Documentation:** Valid health certificate (or ability to obtain one). **III.
