Job Summary: We are seeking passionate Field Sales Representatives who love sales and technology to promote, negotiate, and close structured cabling sales. Key Highlights: 1. Brand certifications and ongoing training We are ALSAVI, providing general services to other companies within our Group and on behalf of one of our represented companies: SATRA PERÚ, a Peruvian brand of structured cabling and networking solutions with international certifications. We are currently seeking Field Sales Representatives. If you are passionate about field sales and technology, this opportunity is for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Promote, negotiate, and close sales transactions. * Client contact and technological/economic advisory services via on-site visits. * Route planning and follow-up. * Acquisition of new clients. * Commercial follow-up and closure. * Achieve or exceed sales targets. * Activity planning within the system. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education related to the field. * Experience selling technological, CCTV, and/or industrial equipment. * Proven experience conducting face-to-face sales in the field (Mandatory). **WE OFFER** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits (bonuses, vacation, and CTS at 100%). * Base salary + unlimited commissions included in regular payroll. * Established client portfolio. * Guaranteed commissions for the first few months. * Growth opportunities. * Brand certifications and ongoing training. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Location:** Compuplaza and surrounding areas.
