Building relationships and converting contacts into opportunities We are looking for **2 field commercial promoters** to represent our institute and conduct promotional activities directly with educational institutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Visit schools and educational institutions to present our programs. * Contact and communicate with school administrators, teachers, and institutional representatives. * Present commercial proposals and explain the benefits of our services. * Address inquiries and **handle objections professionally**. * Follow up with interested contacts. * Coordinate and confirm commercial meetings. * Keep prospect and opportunity information updated. * Meet visit, contact, and meeting targets. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Excellent verbal communication and fluency. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Confidence when speaking with school administrators and representatives. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Availability to perform field work. * Experience in sales, promotion, or customer service **(preferred but not mandatory)**. **We seek dynamic, responsible individuals with a commercial mindset, capable of building relationships and converting contacts into opportunities for the institute.** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
