Requirements * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar positions, preferably in construction or real estate companies. * Experience in managing credit lines, bank loans, and letters of guarantee. * Knowledge of preparation and interpretation of financial statements, cash flow, and financial indicators. * Proficiency in **Advanced Microsoft Excel**. * Analytical ability, organization, planning, and results orientation. Main Responsibilities * Manage project financing and relationships with financial institutions. * Prepare financial reports for senior management. * Administer and control letters of guarantee and credit lines. * Analyze financial indicators and cash flow projections. * Supervise fixed asset and financial credit controls. * Monitor the company's financial situation and propose improvement strategies. **Work Mode:** On-site.
