Job Summary: We are seeking an automotive technician with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles, capable of diagnosing faults and addressing mechanical requirements in the field. Ongoing training and learning opportunities **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Technician or graduate in Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience in repair and maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles**. * Experience in maintenance and repair of: Trucks, Tractors, Trailers, and Semi-trailers (Smitrailer). * Vehicles designated for gas transportation. * Heavy cargo vehicles in general. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective mechanics. * Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in heavy-duty vehicles. * Ability to identify faults and perform timely diagnostics. * Experience performing maintenance on transportation and cargo units. * **Valid Class A-I driver's license and driving experience.** * Availability to travel and attend to requirements at various operational locations in Ate-Lima. * Availability to work in the field and respond to mechanical requirements of the fleet units. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on trucks, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers, and other company vehicles. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults. * Carry out repairs and component replacements as needed. * Inspect vehicles before and after maintenance work. * Respond to emergencies and mechanical requirements across various operational sites. * Conduct periodic inspections to prevent failures during operation. * Report detected faults and completed work for each vehicle. * Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in proper condition. * Comply with established safety procedures for work on vehicles designated for gas transportation. * Support other fleet maintenance activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Personal transportation / transportation allowance, depending on position. * Ongoing training and learning opportunities. * Labor benefits according to the general regime and profit-sharing. * Family allowance, if applicable. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Positive work environment and team support. * Job stability and career path possibilities. * Wellness programs and activities for our employees.
