Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Folding Machine Operators in the cardboard and paper industry to join our team, performing machine operation, setup, adjustment, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and adjustment of folding/folding-gluing machines. 2. Quality control and troubleshooting during production. 3. Basic machine maintenance and production recordkeeping. We are currently seeking **Folding Machine Operators** with experience in the **paper and cardboard industry**, to join our team. REQUIREMENTS * Completed secondary education or completed/incomplete technical studies. * Minimum of **5 years of experience in the paper and cardboard industry**. * Minimum of **2 years of experience operating folding/folding-gluing machines**. * Work experience that is **certified and verifiable**. * Knowledge of preparation, regulation, and adjustment of folding machines. * Availability to work **overtime and rotating shifts**. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate the folding-gluing machine for manufacturing cardboard boxes and packaging. * Prepare and adjust the machine according to format and production order specifications. * Assemble and regulate guides, rollers, folders, and gluing systems. * Prepare and monitor adhesive, verifying its correct application during the process. * Regulate speed, pressure, and material feed. * Conduct initial tests and verify proper folding and gluing of boxes. * Monitor product quality during production, checking dimensions, alignment, folding, and gluing. * Identify and correct issues such as misalignment, improper folding, excess or insufficient adhesive, and gluing failures. * Perform format changes and adjustments during production. * Sort and separate defective products and waste. * Perform machine cleaning and basic maintenance. * Record production output and report incidents or malfunctions to the department supervisor. * Comply with established safety, quality, and production procedures.
