Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional IT Analyst to validate data, coordinate integrations, and train staff on the use of logistics platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimization of outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Validate the quality and integrity of master data for logistics platforms 2. Coordinate data integrations between corporate systems 3. Train teams on the use of logistics management solutions At Crepier, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of: **Functional IT Analyst** ***What are we looking for?*** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred specialization or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or related areas. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Supply Chain roles within retail, fashion, footwear, accessories, or fast-moving consumer goods companies. * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis). * ERP experience (preferably NetSuite or Odoo). * Inventory analysis and replenishment. * Proficiency in WMS, RMS, or logistics management platforms. * Knowledge of Demand Planning tools or automated replenishment systems, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and validation. ***What will you be doing?*** * Validate the quality and integrity of master data feeding the Onebeat platform. * Coordinate with the IT team on data integration between Onebeat and corporate systems. * Participate in the initial configuration of the tool alongside implementation consultants. * Analyze and validate replenishment recommendations generated by the platform prior to execution. * Identify deviations, inconsistencies, or alerts that may affect result accuracy. * Train procurement, replenishment, and operations teams on solution usage. * Develop procedures and functional documentation for the platform. * Build and maintain control dashboards to measure implementation impact. * Monitor key performance indicators before and after go-live. ***What do we offer?*** * Join one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic companies. * Early Friday every week, all year round. * Formal employment with full statutory benefits. * Career development path. * Corporate benefits and discounts on our products. *"Our organization maintains an inclusive hiring policy and welcomes all individuals to participate in the selection process."
