Innovation-driven culture and an excellent work environment. **SENIOR FX TRADER** **Location:** Lima – Hybrid model **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Work Model:** Hybrid **Position Type:** Full-time **Employment Regime:** Payroll under **MYPE** **Salary Range:** PEN 9,000 to PEN 13,000 \+ attractive variable compensation scheme **About the Position** A rapidly growing, leading Fintech is seeking a **Senior FX Sales Trader** to lead the development and management of a high-value client portfolio, driving sustainable business growth through commercial strategies, competitive pricing, and specialized foreign exchange market advisory. We seek a highly commercial professional with a strong FX background, an established and loyal client portfolio, and the ability to generate high transaction volumes. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and expand a personal portfolio of high-value corporate clients. * Design commercial strategies to increase profitability and trading volume. * Execute FX transactions with a focus on competitive pricing and operational efficiency. * Analyze macroeconomic and foreign exchange market trends to provide strategic advisory to key clients. * Build long-term commercial relationships and strengthen client retention. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize commercial outcomes. * Achieve gross profit and commercial growth targets. **Requirements** * University degree in **Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields**. * Minimum of **4 years** of experience in FX Sales Trader roles, dealing rooms, or financial products. * An active and loyal **personal client portfolio**. * Experience in negotiation and corporate client management. * Solid knowledge of the foreign exchange market, currencies, and macroeconomic variables. * Familiarity with **SPOT trading (USD–PEN)**. * Proficiency in **Datatec and Bloomberg** is desirable. * Strong results orientation, negotiation skills, and commercial impact. **What We Offer** * Payroll registration from day one. * Attractive fixed \+ performance-based variable compensation package. * EPS Pacífico health insurance. * Telemedicine service for employees and family members. * Educational and corporate partnership benefits. * Career progression path within a fast-growing Fintech. * Innovation-driven culture and an excellent work environment.
