If you seek to make a global impact—working with cutting-edge technologies and the most capable collaborative teams—we may be the perfect fit. **What will be your objective?** As Head of Comprehensive Risk Management and Operational Risk, you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive, effective, and timely management of credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and other risks through the formulation of policies, methodologies, and controls that enable identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of organizational risks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of SBS regulatory reports (including key Annex 5, Report 13, RCD, RCA, Report 36, among others) and reports to the parent company. * Estimation of capital requirements necessary to cover the risks faced by the company, as well as regulatory requirements, where applicable. * Preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reports for regulatory authorities (credit risk, market risk, operational risk, etc.). * Proposing appropriate policies, procedures, and methodologies for operational risk management and business continuity management within the company, including roles and responsibilities. * Supporting preparation of information for auditors and responding to related queries. * Serving as the liaison with Global IT (information security, business continuity, improvements, incidents, etc). **What are the minimum requirements?** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Comprehensive Risk Management. * Minimum 8 years of experience in Comprehensive Risk Management within financial sector companies. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Risk. * Knowledge of SBS regulations and accounting standards (mandatory). * Knowledge of SUCAVE. * Proficiency in databases (Excel, SQL, Power BI). * Advanced English proficiency. **What do we offer?** We offer a robust compensation and benefits package, plus the following: * A positive work environment. * Global and cross-functional collaboration. * Opportunities to develop and acquire new skills. * Meal and transportation allowances. * EPS and oncology insurance coverage.
