We are seeking instructors in talent management for executive education, with experience in competency-based recruitment and selection, AI, and assessment.

On behalf of our client, an executive education center, we are searching for instructors specializing in talent management, with expertise in competency-based recruitment and selection, job profiling and competency modeling, attraction strategies and employee value proposition, AI-powered sourcing and Boolean search, screening using evaluation rubrics and bias control, assessment techniques and methods, behavioral interviews using the STAR method, hiring decisions, offer management, onboarding, and selection process metrics—including dashboard construction in Excel.
**Profile We Are Seeking**
* Organizational psychologist, administrator, or related professional, with accredited specialization in people management or talent acquisition. A master’s degree is highly valued.
* Current and verifiable practice. We seek someone who currently leads selection processes, fills positions, and is accountable for recruitment metrics in companies or consulting firms.
* Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or selection.
* Demonstrable use of artificial intelligence within real-world sourcing and screening processes, supported by concrete examples and measurable outcomes.
* Sound judgment regarding psychometric tests, assessment centers, and work simulations: understanding when each technique adds value and when it merely incurs cost.
* Calculation and interpretation of selection metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, and six-month retention rate.
* Original Excel templates, rubrics, and calculators provided to participants as part of the program materials.
* Experience delivering classroom instruction, internal training, or workshops.
* Proficient use of Zoom: screen sharing, live Excel collaboration, facilitating breakout room activities, and maintaining engagement of a large virtual group for three hours.
* Updated LinkedIn profile with visible career trajectory.
**Responsibilities**
* Review and refine the curriculum prior to cohort launch to incorporate up-to-date tools and practices.
* Deliver session materials one week in advance.
* Facilitate hands-on activities in breakout rooms and provide practical tools to program participants.
* Design and evaluate the capstone integrative project concluding the program.
* Conduct a masterclass prior to cohort launch, as well as promotional activities.
* Respond to participant inquiries via the virtual classroom within reasonable timeframes.
