Position Summary: AUTOTEC PERÚ is seeking an Industrial Automation Instructor – Siemens PLC to deliver theoretical-practical training to students and professionals in the industrial sector. Provide technical support and guidance to students during internships and projects. **AUTOTEC PERÚ**, a leading industrial-sector company specializing in projects, services, training, and commercialization of equipment for industrial automation and instrumentation—with national and international expansion plans—is seeking qualified professionals to serve as: Industrial Automation Instructor – Siemens PLC We seek technical or university graduates in Industrial Electronics, Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields, with expertise in programming and commissioning Siemens PLC-based automated systems, to deliver theoretical\-practical training to students and professionals in the industrial sector. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction focused on the practical application of industrial automation, aligned with real-world industry needs. Main Responsibilities * Deliver theoretical\-practical courses on Industrial Automation using Siemens PLCs. * Develop and update training modules related to PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks. * Provide technical support and guidance to students during internships and project development. * Program, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults in Siemens PLCs (S7\-1200 and S7\-1500\). * Configure and program Siemens HMIs using TIA Portal. * Prepare electrical diagrams and technical documentation using CADE SIMU and/or AutoCAD Electrical. * Develop manuals, laboratory guides, and academic materials for training programs. * Conduct technical demonstrations and specialized training for clients and companies. * Participate in technical visits, data collection, and preparation of technical reports. * Support preparation of quotations and technical proposals related to industrial automation. * Provide logistical support for transportation, receipt, and shipment of equipment when required. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields. * Graduated, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified technician. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial automation or PLC Siemens-based project development (including pre-professional or professional internships). * Experience as an instructor or trainer (desirable). * Knowledge of: * Siemens S7\-1200 and S7\-1500\ PLCs. * TIA Portal software. * Siemens HMIs. * Industrial electricity and control. * Industrial sensors and actuators. * Frequency inverters. * Industrial networks (PROFINET and fundamental concepts of industrial communication). * Interpretation of electrical schematics and control diagrams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and office tools.
