Required Profile * Certified or graduated technician in Industrial Electricity, Electrotechnology, Electricity, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience performing electrical work and leading or supervising technical personnel. * Experience in electrical installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis and resolution of electrical faults. * Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams. * Knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, electrical systems, and use of measurement equipment. * Knowledge and application of electrical safety and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards. * Ability to organize, assign, and supervise technical staff activities. * Availability to perform fieldwork and travel as required by the company. * Driver's license preferred. Main Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the team of electrical technicians. * Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to technical staff. * Supervise the proper execution of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. * Conduct technical diagnostics and provide solutions for electrical faults. * Verify compliance with work and safety procedures. * Monitor appropriate use of tools, equipment, and materials. * Coordinate technical requirements and progress of work. * Prepare reports on completed activities and report incidents. * Train and guide technical staff when necessary. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards established by EXPERTEC.
