We are looking for a technical professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to safety to fill the position of **Specialist Electrician** at our industrial plant. **What will be your challenges?** * Perform preventive monitoring and ensure accurate completion of technical records. * Carry out validations, calibrations, and configurations of industrial equipment. * Lead the repair of electronic cards and instruments in the workshop (backup equipment). * Operate boilers under strict safety guidelines. * Ensure orderly handling and timely reporting of Work Orders (WO) and safety permits. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Technical Professional in Industrial Electricity or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years performing similar functions in industrial environments. * **Knowledge:** Pumping systems, steam systems, compressed air systems, and electrical substations. * **Desirable Skills:** Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation and automation. * **Availability:** To work in **Ñaña (Km 18.5 Central Highway)** on rotating 12-hour shifts (7 a.m. – 7 p.m. / 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with one day off per week. **Our Benefits:** * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Join a solid and continuously growing company. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. *“Our company is committed to equal opportunity and respect for diversity.
