Job Summary: Inside Sales role responsible for managing sales offers, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and supporting the sales team for a leader in electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage sales offers and order processing for assigned equipment. 2. Coordinate order tracking and procedures with internal departments and customers. 3. Provide comprehensive support to the sales team and participate in meetings. Therefore, we invite you to apply for our selection process for the position of **INSIDE SALES:** **Responsibilities:** 1. Prepare sales offers (quotations) in coordination with the assigned sales team in the CRM C4c. 2. Process purchase orders from the assigned sales team and manage the internal sales process through the CRM C4C and ERP SAP. 3. Conduct appropriate follow-up on orders generated from sales offers, as well as coordinate accordingly with logistics, warehouse, and customers. Keep the sales representative informed. 4. Coordinate with the distribution assistant regarding internal procedures for credit notes, warranties, and returns generated with customers of the assigned sales team. Track progress of these procedures with the distribution assistant to inform the sales team and/or customers. 5. Manage approval of additional commercial discounts beyond those established by the Sales Management in the CRM C4C. Justify and obtain approval via email to the supervisor or management for each additional discount request, coordinated with the sales representative. 6. Support the assigned sales team and its corresponding customer portfolio. Participate, if required, in meetings and commercial visits conducted by the assigned sales team. **Requirements:** Electrical Engineer or Technician, Electronic Engineer or Technician, Industrial Engineer Proficiency in sales systems: ERP SAP, CRM. 2 years of experience.
