Thus, we invite you to participate in our search for an **Intermediate Social Specialist \- Mining.** **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Draft project reports, technical memoranda, various documents, and chapters related to socioeconomic aspects (baseline studies, identification and assessment of impacts on the social environment, social management plans, and economic valuation of environmental impacts) and citizen participation, as assigned. * Review, process, systematize, and analyze information related to the preparation of socioeconomic baselines for projects in which the socioeconomic team participates. * Coordinate preparatory activities for fieldwork related to baseline studies or other specific social studies. * Conduct information collection during fieldwork, leading—where applicable—the assigned field team. * Collaborate in the design of technical and economic proposals for services involving socioeconomic aspects. * Participate in technical meetings with clients and environmental authorities. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of three (3) years of general work experience. * Prior experience in consulting firms is desirable. * Experience in preparing socioeconomic baseline studies or social studies related to environmental management instruments, citizen participation mechanisms within environmental certification processes, and the design or implementation of social management plans is desirable. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency is desirable. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Aug 18, 2026, 2:38:22 PM
