What are we looking for? **Academic Background:** * Graduate of **Computer Science, Computing, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Technical or university-level education. **Experience:** * Minimum of **1 year of verifiable experience as a Functional Analyst**, or in similar positions directly related to functional analysis. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements. * Identifying and understanding user and business area needs. * Preparing **functional requirements and use cases**. * Preparing **user manuals**. * Preparing documentation and **technical manuals**. * Knowledge of the **Entity–Relationship Model (ERM)**. * Knowledge of **Object-Oriented Design and UML**. * Documenting and modeling processes using **BPMN**. * Proficiency with tools for process diagramming and documentation. * Agile methodologies knowledge is desirable. **Key Responsibilities:** * Gather and analyze requirements with users and involved departments. * Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the development team. * Document processes, functionalities, business rules, and workflows. * Create diagrams and models using UML and BPMN. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date user manuals and technical documentation. * Coordinate with developers and other team members to ensure correct understanding of requirements. * Participate in requirement gathering, follow-up, and validation meetings with users. **Competencies We Value:** * Analytical and comprehension skills. * Excellent oral and written communication. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. **We want to meet you!** If you match this profile, have experience in **functional analysis**, and are seeking an opportunity to continue growing professionally in technology projects, **we’re waiting for you!** Apply now and become part of **GRETA LABS**.
