Part of a growing company At Accuaproduct, we are looking for talent! We are currently seeking a Junior HR Analyst to join our team on-site in Ate. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and technically sound individual who can provide support in key human resource management processes, particularly in: * Processing and validating the monthly payroll * Calculating social benefits, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, vacations, and severance payments * Managing attendance incidents, tardiness, overtime, and medical leaves * Labor declarations: T-Registration, PDT PLAME, and other applicable reports * Document administration, employment contracts, personnel files, and signature control * HR metrics: headcount, turnover, absenteeism, tardiness, and labor costs * Support in employee well-being, benefits, labor audits, and inspections Main Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation, payroll processing, and social benefits * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with HR or payroll systems such as BUK or others is desirable * Organization, confidentiality, analytical ability, and attention to detail If you wish to further develop your career in Human Resources and become part of a growing company, this opportunity may be right for you! * Send your CV to: recursos.humanos@accuaproduct.com * WhatsApp: 933 494 826 * Work location: Ate * Employment type: On-site Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside? * How many years of experience do you have performing similar functions? * What field of study did you pursue? * Please indicate your availability. * Do you have experience with BUK?
