Focus on organization, analysis, and results orientation. **JUNIOR PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY ANALYST** We are looking for a Junior Procurement and Supply Analyst responsible for supporting procurement management, supplier monitoring, and timely supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and supplies required for our production operations. If you are an organized, analytical, and results-oriented individual with experience in procurement and supply, we invite you to join our team! Requirements * Bachelor’s degree, technical graduate, or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of BPM, food safety, and input management is desirable. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in procurement, supply, logistics, or supplier management. * Familiarity with procurement processes, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, data analysis, and reporting). * ERP or management system experience (SAP, Odoo, Starsoft, Softland, or others) is desirable. Responsibilities: * Manage quotation requests and prepare supplier comparison charts. * Generate and track purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and supplies. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery dates, commercial terms, and required documentation. * Monitor supply to prevent stockouts and production delays. * Maintain up-to-date supplier information, pricing, and purchasing terms. * Coordinate with Warehouse and Production departments for timely material receipt. Working Conditions: * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Work Modality: On-site. * Salary: S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,200 (based on experience and evaluation). * Formal employment under the MYPE regime.
