Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the project controls team in verifying contractors’ compliance with their obligations regarding works, activities, and control in terms of schedule, productivity, and progress. * Process client-provided engineering/design information and durations to support the schedule and programming prepared by contractors. * Support monitoring of the baseline schedule submitted by contractors. * Support quantification and reporting of execution progress and productivity across various projects. * Support forecasting based on baseline schedules and/or updates submitted by contractors, incorporating actual execution performance to provide a holistic view of the program and an estimated completion date for each contract within WSP’s scope. * Support establishing time measurement and control mechanisms for additional works required by the client. * Record, support estimation and review of all trends (deviations) impacting project cost and duration, and manage related information and reporting to the client timely via TREND logs. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions or functions; prior internship experience will be considered. * Experience in projects related to the sector is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable. \#Perú \#LI\-GL1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 1**Job Posting** Aug 24, 2026, 7:49:14 PM
