You will be responsible for executing functional tests, designing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, validating fixes, and ensuring delivered solutions meet quality criteria before production release. You will work closely with Development, Business Analysis, and Support teams, contributing to the stability and reliability of our applications. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or testing activities. Technical degree holder, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Experience in executing functional tests and reporting defects. Experience in designing and executing test cases based on functional requirements. Proficiency with defect tracking and reporting tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Basic or intermediate knowledge of SQL queries (SQL Server, MySQL, or other database engines). Ability to document test evidence and prepare quality reports. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). **Preferred Qualifications:** ISTQB Foundation Level certification or knowledge. Experience in API testing using Postman or Swagger. Basic knowledge of test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or other tools. Experience in projects within the Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, or high-operational-demand sectors. **Competencies:** Analytical ability and attention to detail.
