Performance-based on objectives and ability to work under pressure * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a renowned restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Kitchen Assistant position for our restaurants located in the Miraflores district.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices standards.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results-oriented mindset, objective-driven performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Must be over 25 years of age** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work area, storage areas, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen stations: hot station, cold station, grill station. * Carry out other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
