Career progression opportunity within a restaurant group * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a renowned restaurant group and are currently seeking talent to fill the position of Cook for our restaurants located in the district of Miraflores.** * **Knowledge: Good Food Handling Practices regulations.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results-oriented mindset, goal-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Over 25 years of age** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas, storage rooms, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in your assigned work area. * Rotation across kitchen stations: hot, cold, and grill sections. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
