Requirements: * Must be over 25 years of age. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Must be quick, organized, and responsible. * Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills. * Commitment to long-term employment. * Passion for gastronomy and teamwork. * **Must reside in Huaral.** * **Availability from 3 PM to 12 PM.** Responsibilities: * Prepare food according to Bravissimo’s recipes, procedures, and quality standards. * Prepare fried items, grilled dishes, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, pasta, and chaufa. * Perform **mise en place**, ensuring availability of ingredients and utensils before each shift. * Adhere to preparation and delivery timelines to guarantee fast and efficient service. * Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work areas throughout the shift. * Handle and store food following **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and food safety regulations. * Verify ingredient quality, freshness, and expiration dates prior to use. * Receive, store, and rotate products using the **FIFO (First In, First Out)** system. * Monitor proper ingredient usage to minimize waste and losses. * Report shortages of supplies, equipment malfunctions, or any incidents affecting operations to the supervisor. * Assist with opening and closing the kitchen area, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Collaborate with other store departments to ensure an excellent customer experience. * Comply with company safety, hygiene, and internal regulations. **WhatsApp: 922 232 442** **Email: talentobravissimo@gmail.com** Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,700.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
