Our client, a prominent company in the Telecommunications sector, is seeking top talent to fill the position of **\*LOGISTICS, DISTRIBUTION, AND ROUTE ASSISTANT\*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience in logistics, distribution, dispatch, transportation, warehousing, or operations. * Experience coordinating with delivery personnel, transportation providers, courier services, or shipping agencies. * Knowledge of waybills, dispatch documents, inventory management, billing, and expense reporting. * ERP systems or logistics management tools proficiency is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and validate requests for delivery, pickup, transfer, demonstration, installation, maintenance, or technical support. * Prepare physical waybills and other operational documents required for each dispatch. * Verify that products delivered by the warehouse match the order, quotation, waybill, or other related document. * Coordinate and, where applicable, perform product packaging—especially for provincial shipments or transfers requiring additional protection. * Maintain daily dispatch, route, delivery, pickup, and transfer schedules up to date. * Supervise adherence to assigned routes, schedules, and responsibilities. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration under the general regime from day one, with statutory benefits. * Continuous training and career path opportunities. * Working hours from Monday to Friday.
