Job Summary: Provide follow-up and support to carriers and customers, coordinate deliveries, validate incidents, resolve inquiries, and prepare reports to improve operations. Key Highlights: 1. Support and follow-up for carriers and customers to improve NS and NPS. 2. Coordination with internal customers and suppliers for effective deliveries. 3. Participation in meetings and operational continuous improvement projects. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide follow-up and support to UM CT carriers and customers to improve NS and NPS. Coordinate with internal customers and suppliers to enhance delivery effectiveness. Validate incidents occurring en route and escalate them. Resolve inquiries from carriers and customers promptly. Provide route progress status at established cut-off times. Prepare and submit incident, service level, and other reports to supervisors. Participate in coordination meetings with internal customers and suppliers. Implement new projects for operational continuous improvement. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience with a routing system (Desirable).
