Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to provide support in supplier management, quotations, order tracking, and stock control within the construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. Support in stock control, inventories, and site warehouse visits At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are looking for a **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** to join our team at our central office, located at **PATIO PANORAMA** in **SURCO**. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Specialized courses in Logistics. (Mandatory) * Proficiency in **S10** at user level. (Desirable) * Experience in the construction sector. (Mandatory) * Availability to work on-site. Responsibilities: * Provide support in supplier management and tracking to ensure timely material supply. * Conduct quotations, prepare comparative tables, and assist in negotiations with suppliers. * Track orders, materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. * Support stock control, inventories, and site warehouse visits. * Assist in equipment maintenance, petty cash management, and area performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Anti-Bribery System, and other company policies. * Support other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Location:** Surco, Lima **Working Hours:** Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Thursday and Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,050.00 \- S/.2,100.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience preparing quotations and comparative tables with suppliers? * Do you have experience in the construction sector? * Are you available to start immediately? * What is your expected monthly salary? * Are you a Bachelor's degree holder or graduate in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields? * Do you have experience in Logistics or Procurement? * Would you have any difficulty commuting to our workplace at Patio Panorama (Surco)?
