We are seeking a **proactive and committed Logistics Assistant** to join our team and ensure efficient management of our warehouses, inventory control, and vehicle fleet support. **Key Responsibilities and Challenges** * **Warehouse and Inventory Management:** Conduct periodic inventories and maintain continuous records of material, tool, and PPE inflows and outflows. * **Fleet Control and Equipment:** Coordinate with suppliers on fleet equipment, maintenance, and supplies. * **Fuel Control:** Monitor fuel supply and consumption across fleet units. * **Petty Cash and Purchasing:** Record and reconcile petty cash and track minor procurement procedures. * **Internal Dispatch:** Timely provision of required logistics materials to various departments. * **Management Systems (IMS):** Comply with and oversee quality and safety procedures (ISO 9001, BASC, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, and IPERC). **Requirements to Apply** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of verifiable experience** in Warehouse, Logistics, or Procurement areas. * **Driver's License:** **Valid Class A-1 License (Mandatory)** and proven driving ability. *(Motorcycle license preferred)*. * **Digital Tools:** **Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Mandatory)** for reporting and inventory management. * **Knowledge:** Inventory control and operational logistics. *(Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 preferred)*. * **Values and Competencies:** Honesty, commitment, punctuality, teamwork, and high sense of responsibility. **What We Offer?** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment and teamwork. * Opportunity for continuous training in Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
