Position Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Planning and Control Assistant to manage, coordinate, and monitor maintenance services, and to support document management and report preparation.
Key Highlights:
1. Manages and updates maintenance schedules.
2. Coordinates with suppliers and internal users for service execution.
3. Tracks preventive, corrective maintenance, and calibrations.
ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analytical services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Planning and Control Assistant**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical or university degree in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, logistics, maintenance, or operations roles (preferred).
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up capability.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactivity and teamwork orientation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prepare and update maintenance service schedules in Excel.
* Track preventive, corrective maintenance, and calibrations.
* Coordinate service execution dates with suppliers and internal users.
* Register and manage Requirement Requests (RR) in the LIMS system.
* Monitor the status of submitted RRs.
* Respond to and manage emails related to services and departmental requirements.
* Prepare reports on pending, completed, and upcoming expiring services.
* Maintain up-to-date equipment and service records database.
* Support departmental document control activities.
* Timely reporting of pending or delayed services.
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:**
* Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
* Schedule development and control.
* Experience with management systems such as LIMS.
* Requirement Request (RR) management.
* Corporate email handling and formal communication drafting.
* Preferred: Basic knowledge of maintenance performance indicators.
