Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and committed maintenance staff to ensure optimal facilities and a safe environment at our pre-university academy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for cleaning, organization, operation, and presentation of facilities. 2. General maintenance of classrooms, offices, and common areas. 3. Support in preparing environments for academic activities. We are currently looking for a responsible, proactive, and committed individual to fill the position of **Maintenance Staff** at our pre-university academy located in San Juan de Miraflores. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities in optimal condition regarding **cleanliness, organization, operation, and presentation**, contributing to providing an appropriate and safe environment for our students, teachers, and administrative staff. Main Responsibilities * Perform general cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other institutional spaces. * Keep environments organized and in good condition throughout the workday. * Identify and promptly report defects, malfunctions, or repair needs. * Inspect and maintain furniture, doors, windows, lighting fixtures, and other installations in good working order. * Ensure proper use and care of assigned tools, materials, and equipment. * Support in preparing and conditioning environments for academic or institutional activities. * Comply with the institution’s established safety, order, and hygiene regulations. * Perform other job-related duties necessary for the proper functioning of the academy. Requirements * Prior experience in maintenance, general services, educational institutions, offices, commercial establishments, or similar settings. * Basic knowledge of general maintenance. * Responsible, punctual, honest, and organized individual. * Ability to work independently and resolve daily issues. * Positive attitude toward work and respectful interaction with students, teachers, and administrative staff. * Availability to work on-site in **San Juan de Miraflores**. Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
