A leading company in the metalworking sector, specializing in the manufacture of mining ground support elements, is seeking top talent to join our Operations team. **Job Objective:** Guarantee maximum availability, reliability, and operability of critical machinery and equipment at our metalworking plant by leading the technical team under strict safety and efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Team Supervision:** Directly lead technical personnel in mechanical maintenance activities at the metalworking plant. * **Scheduled Maintenance:** Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery (presses, rolling mills, cutting lines, and welding stations). * **Operational Continuity:** Ensure availability and proper functioning of critical equipment for manufacturing mining ground support elements. * **Work Control:** Coordinate and validate field execution of mechanical work, ensuring safe operational delivery. * **Reporting and Monitoring:** Prepare daily maintenance reports, record incidents, and monitor tool and spare parts usage. * **Supply Management:** Manage procurement of critical spare parts and supervise technical services provided by external suppliers. * **Industrial Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety regulations and correct use of PPE during all interventions. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Maintenance Mechanics / Plant Machinery. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience leading maintenance teams in metalworking, industrial, or heavy manufacturing plants. * **Technical Knowledge:** Diagnosis and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical transmission systems (presses, rolling mills, shears). * Solid knowledge of welding processes and maintenance of metallic structures. * Experience managing preventive/corrective maintenance plans and performance indicators (KPIs). * **Safety:** Knowledge and application of Occupational Health and Safety regulations (Law No. 29783\). * **Availability:** Willingness to work on-site at our production plant. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment with full statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunity for professional development within a solid and continuously growing company in the mining/industrial sector. * Excellent work environment focused on efficiency and safety.
