Empathy and patience with students Virtual Mathematics Teacher – Primary and Secondary Level \* Mode: Virtual \* Schedule: Flexible (between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM) \* Timely weekly payment At Elemental Academy, we are looking for Mathematics teachers who are truly committed to teaching and able to connect meaningfully with their students. We provide personalized virtual classes to primary and secondary students from various schools across Peru; therefore, we seek educators with strong explanatory ability, empathy, and subject-matter expertise. Requirements: * Solid mastery of Mathematics * Strong communication and teaching skills * Empathy and patience with students * Minimum availability of 6 hours within the 4:00 PM–9:00 PM window (Monday to Friday) * Basic proficiency with virtual tools We especially value: * Students or graduates of Education faculties (for primary level) * Experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level * Use of a graphics tablet or other digital tools for virtual classes * A young, dynamic, and responsible profile Extensive experience is not mandatory, but the ability to teach effectively and build student confidence is essential.
